- Refunds will be processed within 8 days of cancellation and will be made using the original payment method.

- In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and efforts will be made to reschedule the event or provide a refund.
- Participant Substitution:
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person with our approval. Please notify us in advance.
- Event Conduct:
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during the event.
- Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
- Liability:
- We are not responsible for any personal property or belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.
- Participants attend the event at their own risk.
- Intellectual Property:
- All materials provided during the event are the intellectual property of the event organizer.
- Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or display these materials without prior permission.

- Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of managing your attendance at the event.
