This program focuses on the process of offering feedback to candidates, writing accurate and clearly worded reports and generating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for all AC/DC participants. It enables assessors to offer objective and meaningful feedback to maintain self-esteem, motivate and energise candidates towards a self-development and growth mindset.
