Job Analysis and Competency Design (JACD) module focuses on conducting job analysis for designing competency models. Participants will learn to use a range of techniques for undertaking effective job analysis. Robust competency models are a product of objective job analysis. The program focuses on sharpening job analysis methods and in order to build valid competency models that address organisation’s strategic business and people needs.
